The City and Guilds College Association

The Old Centralians' Trust is an alumni organisation operated by members of the City and Guilds College Association (CGCA). They work hard to ensure that alumni from the engineering departments at Imperial College stay well connected to the University after they leave. The Old Centralians' Trust is the Association's charitable trust fund, which is aimed at helping finance worthwhile extra curricular projects across the university.

The OC Trust have worked with us to ensure the success of recent and upcoming Megabyte Talks. These are an on-going series of talks given by leading academics, to help spark interest and provoke thought among our members and guests about cutting edge issues. Furthermore the OC Trust helped finance the ICRS Eurobot'11 team's visit to Russia, to take part in the competition's world finals! We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to the OC Trust for the support they have provided to the society.

OC Trust Funded Initiatives

Interact with The Old Centralians'

The Old Centralians Trust can offer financial help if you are considering to take a UROP placement over the summer, or if you are conducting high quality student led initiatives. Their aim is to enable students at Imperial to embrace engineering, regardless of their financial background.

Our Obligations

We will continue to run Megabyte Talks with the support of the OC Trust, helping to raise awareness of them as an organisation and the opportunities that they offer.
